Here is my cactus shaker card using both these stamps.
I have another solo post for you today and it is a cute one 🙂 I made a Missing you card with this adorable sheep from Owh Missing You 4×6 stamp set. Inspiration for this card came from “Count the sheep so you fall asleep” method and I twisted it a little bit.
I did some masking inspired by our last challenge and created grassy hill and some clouds in the sky. I couldn’t find any stamps in my collection that would make that wooden fence in the middle so I drew it and coloured it in like I did with the sheep.
Since sheep are never smooth I tried to make them look fluffy, but I don’t have any liquid applique or fun flock. I tried to make it work with some Liquid Pearls (using White Opal) and I think it looks kind of nice. I stamped my sentiment using Lawn Fawn Harold’s ABC’s and coated it with Glossy Accents in the end. I also “made” some flowers with coloured gems.
I hope you got inspired and that you come up with some of you versions (but if you don’t there are a few super fun sentiments in the stamp set already).
Let me also remind you about our next challenge that goes live tomorrow and you can get a 25 $ gift voucher that can guarantee you some amazing new goodies…
…from the best sponsor ever 🙂
Thank you for coming over and have a great day!
Welcome to another day of inspiration with THE amazing Altenew 🙂
I felt inspired by our latest Unexpected Challenge and decided to make my first samples with some of the tiny petal shapes included in this stamp set. The main images are superb and I will be using them in the upcoming posts, don’t worry 🙂
I made two cards… First is a birthday one and I used Altenew stamps for the background that I stamped in a rainbow order and added the sentiment and cake from amazing new release of Stamp & Cut sets from Hero Arts called Birthday.
Second is Missing you card for the father/son/little brother in your life. I pared Persian Motifs for the background with Lil Hoot OWH 4×6 stamp set from Hero Arts. I just love these critters.
You can find all off my supplies for today’s cards at Simon Says Stamp – our amazing and wonderful sponsor 🙂
Thank you for coming over and come back tomorrow for some more Hero Arts and Altenew inspiration.
Use your favourite colours, make it monochromatic or go all out with some neon inks. This is simple to make, simple to change the size and a quick way to have a beautiful gift set ready to go.
Thank you for coming over and don’t forget about our challenge tomorrow. It’s a fun one and you can win a gift voucher from our favourite sponsor Simon Says Stamp.
