It’s Cristina here. Today I have a couple of cards for you that I would fit the current challenge here on the blog. You just need to use Kraft in your project.
I decided to make two cards combining it with patterned paper. Here is card number one:
I used some super cute Lawn Fawn paper and added some layers and glossy accents to the flower to make it pop. I decided not to glue the edges of the flower, so I could curl them up a bit.
And here is card number two:
There is a huge difference between using black ink or white embossing on kraft. The look is completely different as you can see. I embossed the butterflies on the card and I didn’t glue the wings to give it dimension.
Thanks for stopping by!
Hi everyone, Cheiron here to share two cards I made with the Zig Zag and More background. I was not sure how I was going to use this one when I first got it, but after playing around with it I decided to make a card that fits in with the latest Krafty Crafter challenge here on A Blog Named Hero.
For my first card, I went neutral with Kraft on Kraft- simply stamping latte ink onto kraft paper. Such an easy card, I think I will be adding a bunch of these to my birthday card stash.
For the second card, I used the same stamp, but this time I gave it a lot of color. The base of this card is kraft, but I stamped the Zig Zag and More onto white cardstock and embossed it. Then I cut it apart and applied Distress Inks to the pieces, then arranged them back together. I used all of the spring and summer seasonal inks for a really bright and fun card! You are my sunshine seemed like the perfect sentiment for it.
