I have so much to be grateful for. How about you? I am back with another card for this month’s A Blog Named Hero challenge and the theme is Grateful. 
I am a hugger. When I am grateful, I hug people. A card has been said to be a hug. What better way to show how grateful you are than with a HUG CARD?!
Starting with a piece of white cardstock cut to 5.5×4.25, I white heat embossed the Floral Doily Bold Print background stamp. I then ink blended Wilted Violet Oxide ink fading to white over the entire panel. The panel was trimmed down to 5.25×4 and added to a top folding notecard with craft foam between the layers.
Using the Hugs die from the March 2018, My Monthly Hero kit, I die cut 3 and glued them all together. On Black cardstock, I white heat embossed sentiments from the You are Loved Messages stamp set. I arranged the sentiments towards the top left hand corner of the card and over the top of the Hugs die, I added shimmer pen and glossy accents for interest. To add additional sparkle, I dug through my stash for matching sequins.
