Hi everyone ! My name Is Tracy aka Inkyfingers and Ribbon and I am SUPER excited to be part of the A Blog Named Hero Team.
Like all my fellow teamies I have a huge passion for all things Hero Arts. My first ever stamp set was Hero Arts over 15 years ago and thanks to them my love of stamping developed.
I have been crafting for most of my life and have always been obsessed with paper, but I got into paper crafting 15+ years ago. I did have a break for a few years due to life taking a different turn but now thanks to an extremely supportive and encouraging husband I get to craft until my heart is content.
I am mainly a card maker but do dabble in home decor and sometimes mixed media…although not as much as I used to. My style is very much Clean & Simple and I love all things floral and cute.
I love being part of the crafting community and you will often find me over on my Instagram account chatting to lots of fellow crafters.
You can also find me over on my blog- Inkyfingersandribbon
For my card I am sharing with you today I am using two of my favorite Hero Arts Products.
The first is the Stamp & Cut Hello set, I LOVE this set because it can be used in so many different ways and for some many different occasions. For the card I arranged the stamp on my block so that is was more straight and stamped the background using one of other favorite Hero Arts products, Ombre Ink pad. I have a serious obsession with all things inky and love these ink pads, the effect they give is amazing, but you can also use them as individual colours which for me is great.
For the Hello die I die cut some Silver Glitter cardstock and heat embossed one of the sentiments from the stamp set using white detail embossing powder.
I adhered these to a die cut circle of vellum and offset it to the side of the card.
I finished the card off with some sequins which came with the October My Monthly Hero kit.
Thank you so much for stopping by today, I am so excited to see everyone’s entries for the challenges and work with such an amazing team.
Happy Crafting !
