Texture Challenge!

September 1, 2016

Hello friends!!

Time for a new collab partner and we’re so very excited to announce that it’s

and our theme for this month is

Texture is such a fun thing to add to your projects, and so easy to do!
For my project, I started by adding some texture paste onto a dark green cardstock, using a Tim Holtz stencil, which I then left to dry.  Next I cut a small panel of burlap paper, and distressed the edges of it before adhering it to the green cardstock.
I stamped and copic-coloured my images from the new Ellen Hutson Essentials by Ellen Bear Ware stamp set, before diecutting them with the coordinating die set, then adhered them down to my panel using Glossy Accents and foam adhesive.
Finally I ran a piece of white cardstock through with the Woven embossing folder from We R Memory Keepers and piled them all on top of each other to form the final card.
I hope you enjoy this challenge and are ready for some amazing projects from the Design Team!
Thank you so much for Ellen for offering us product to work with, you’ve been so generous, and of course, a prize for one lucky reader!
Be sure to enter the challenge via the linky tool below! You have until 5pm September 28 to enter!
See you again soon!
