When do you start making Christmas cards? Do you do them all the same or all different? I think I’m starting to feel a bit panicked since weeks go by so fast. Since it is October already I think I have to really sit down and get to work 🙂
I made today’s card with an amazing new stamp set by Lawn Fawn called Ready, Set, Snow. Lawn Fawn is our collaboration partner this month and this it’s a perfect stamp set for Christmas cards. Super cute and versatile.
I used the super tiny snowflakes and stamped them with Soft Sky and Cornflower inks and them clear embossed a few of the as well. I stamped the sentiment from Hero Arts and the village and Santa on a piece of vellum and embossed it with white embossing powder. I added just some colour with pencils and stamped stars. I sponged some blue ink in bottom right corner and then I glued the die cut label on that part.
I like this card because it looks simple at first but there are lots of details to it. I hope you like it too 🙂
Thank you for coming over today but don’t forget about our challenge
that goes live tomorrow. There will be a chance for you to win a gift
voucher for 25 $ from our amazing sponsor Simon Says Stamp.
Have a great day!
