Hi friends from the Art World! Lucy here to share a long forgotten item ( well, at least for me) that I decided to dust off and use and that it’s Sticky Back Canvas!
I used in three different ways. For the first way, I die cut in my die cut machine 4 different flowers for layering, then applied some beautiful colored rub ons on them; and painted all the surface after that. The rub ons resist the paint which results in a very cool effect, here is the card with the flower I formed:
The second technique is to paint a strip of canvas and let it dry, afterwards you use an embossing folder, and pass your canvas strip through your die cut machine, then rub a darker color of distress ink over the surface, so the embossing shows more, like this:
And the third one I painted and die cut another piece of sticky back canvas, stamp it with Memento black ink and decorated it with rhinestones:
I hope you feel inspired to go into your stash and use this wonderful product again, I guarantee you’ll have fun. Thanks for visiting! And may your mojo go on and on!
