I cannot tell you how many times I said that exact sentence while cleaning my craft room this past week.
That got me thinking about Steph’s post from earlier this month where she talked about using what you have.
I really love stretching my stamps and making sure they are all getting some love. Unfortunately, there were some that slipped through the cracks (for shame, I know!) I gathered these ones up and put them front and center on my craft desk so they WILL get used 🙂
Today I used the first one. Three Flowers.Remember this guy?
Hopefully, most of you did what I did “oh yeah!” (if you didn’t please tell me you did so I feel better 🙂
I made three spring inspired cards with the largest flower from this set.
I love distress inks ability to blend two colors that shouldn’t go together 🙂 I had to trim my leaves for this card so they were proportionate to the blooms.
Just a simple card with a bold pop of color here. I love how it draws your eye to the sentiment.
This is a little busy for me but it is a different way to use the flowers. I love the idea of tucking them behind I just think I need to revisit this idea in another way.
Okay that’s it for me 🙂 I do hope you’ll join our current challenge, you have plenty of time it just started.
you could win some goodies 🙂
Thanks for dropping in!
